Lost or Stolen Mastercard Debit Card

If your RNB / Front Range State Bank Mastercard Debit Card is lost, stolen, or you believe it may have been used without your permission, please take action right away.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card

During business hours:
Please contact your local branch during business hours so we can help review your account, deactivate the card if needed, and discuss next steps.

After business hours:
Please call (800) 788-9479, option 1.

This after-hours number is available when the bank is closed and should be used to report a lost or stolen debit card as soon as possible.


Manage Your Mastercard Debit Card Online

You can also manage your Mastercard Debit Card anytime through the MyVault mobile app or online at:

myvault.rnbonline.com

Card management tools allow you to take quick action from your phone or computer.

How to Manage Your Card in MyVault

  1. Log in to the MyVault app or visit myvault.rnbonline.com.
  2. Open Card management.
  3. Select the card you want to manage.
  4. From the Manage card screen, you can:
    • Turn your card on or off
    • Set up alerts and protections
    • Report your card as lost or stolen
    • Review available card service options

Alerts and Protection

Inside Alerts and protection, you can choose notification and protection settings for your card, including options related to:

  • Locations
  • Merchant types
  • Transaction types
  • Spending limits

You can also choose to receive notifications for card transactions.


Reporting a Card Lost or Stolen in MyVault

From the Manage card screen:

  1. Select Report lost/stolen.
  2. Choose either:
    • My card is lost
    • My card is stolen
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the report.

Please note that reporting a card as lost or stolen may deactivate the card and block one-time or recurring transactions.


Important Reminder

Turning a card off in MyVault can help prevent new transactions, but it does not replace contacting the bank or reporting the card as lost or stolen when appropriate. If you believe your card has been stolen, used without authorization, or your account information may be compromised, please contact your local branch during business hours or call (800) 788-9479, option 1 after business hours.
